We programme managed the turnaround for an end to end CRM platform for a global BPO organisation. This involved successfully designing and implementing a technology and business recovery plan in just 3 months.

This has now enabled the organisation to launch supplier services on the new platform into the Construction, Education and Local Government Industries.
